Shipping Period (Service Provision Period) Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is completed. Exchange and Refund Policy • Exchanges and refunds are only possible within 7 days of receiving the product. • If the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover all costs, including shipping fees. • For exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. • If you wish to exchange or get a refund, please contact our customer service center before sending the product back. Exchanges and refunds are not possible in the following cases: • More than 7 days have passed since the product was received. • The product's packaging or label is damaged, reducing its value. • The product is damaged due to customer use or negligence.
